Virtual Counselling for
Teens, Youth, and Adults

Home-2.jpg

Hi, I'm Nav.

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Surrey, British Columbia.

I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I work with youth, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

Through a compassionate, brain-based approach that includes EMDR and Brainspotting, I help clients access deeper healing beyond traditional talk therapy. My goal is to support you in finding greater calm, connection, and confidence as you move toward the life you want to live.

Areas of Focus

Dissociative Identity Disorder

A safe and supportive space to explore dissociation and trauma, helping you develop greater stability, self-awareness, and connection.

Youth & Teen Support

Helping youth and teens navigate life's challenges with greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and support.

Depression & Anxiety

Compassionate support for managing anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, with a focus on emotional regulation, resilience, and healing.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma-informed support to help process difficult experiences, restore a sense of safety, and move toward lasting healing and recovery.

First Responders

Support for police, firefighters, paramedics, nurses, and other first responders experiencing burnout, trauma, anxiety, and emotional strain from their work.

Nervous System Support

Somatic, brain-based support to help you understand and regulate your nervous system, reduce stress reactivity, and build greater calm and stability.

Brainspotting

A neuroscience-informed therapy that uses focused eye positions to help the brain and nervous system process trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

EMDR

A trauma-focused therapy that uses guided eye movements to help the brain safely reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional intensity and supporting healing.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy

A brain-based approach that helps reduce chronic pain by retraining the nervous system to interpret physical sensations as safe rather than threatening.
